Double-Coated Whiteboard Surface
Two coats. No ghosting.
A base coat for adhesion, a top coat for the writing surface — applied and cured in one continuous pass, with a total dry film of 22–24 µm. This is the panel board makers frame, and the only part the end user actually touches: it decides whether the board still erases clean in year three, or ghosts in year one.
Why buyers specify it
What a coating line can promise — and prove.
The top coat is baked at line temperature, so it hardens into the surface instead of sitting on top of it — the difference between erasing cleanly and smearing.
Tension-levelled substrate keeps its flatness through slitting, shearing and framing — no oil-canning on a finished board.
A cold-rolled steel core holds steady across the full sheet — no dead corners, so documents stay up where the user puts them.
Coating weight and colour are measured per batch and logged, so the coil you reorder in March matches the one you framed in January.
Standard white, or matched to your RAL on request.
Eye-to-sky coil on wooden pallet, or cut-to-size sheets on export pallets with edge protectors.
FOB Tianjin, 25 days after deposit, MTC with every coil. MOQ 2 t.
