Company
One coating line. One job, since 2000.
Yueyang Technology is a coating and slitting plant in Bazhou, Hebei — an hour south of Beijing. We do not make whiteboards. We make the steel panel that whiteboard makers frame, and we have done only that for twenty-five years.
The short version
Started as a workshop. Ended up as the surface.
In 2000 the plant opened in Jianchapu Town as a small steel workshop serving local board assemblers. The work was simple and stayed simple: take galvanised steel, coat it properly, cut it accurately, ship it on time.
Twenty-five years later the line is longer and the lab is better equipped, but the scope has not widened. We still do not assemble boards, print frames or sell to end users. Everything we know is about one thing — how a coated steel surface behaves when someone writes on it, wipes it, and writes again.
That focus is why board makers in more than twenty countries buy the panel from us rather than coating it themselves: it is cheaper to get it right than to learn it.
What we actually do
Four steps. We do not do a fifth.
Galvanised or cold-rolled coil arrives with its mill certificate. Zinc weight and thickness are checked before it goes on the line.
Primer and top coat applied in one continuous pass and cured at line temperature — total dry film 22–24 µm, measured as it runs.
Cut to your width as coil, or sheared to sheet length. Tension levelling keeps flatness through both processes.
Eye-to-sky coil on wooden pallet, or cut-to-size sheets palletised with edge protectors. MTC inside every shipment.
Quality
Trust is a document, not a claim.
Anyone can write “high quality” on a website. We would rather hand you the paperwork that proves it, and stand aside while your inspector checks it.
Who we supply
Business to business, always.
Whiteboard and chalkboard assemblers who frame the panel and put their own brand on it.
Office furniture lines and interior contractors building meeting-room wall systems.
Steel and building-material importers stocking coated coil for resale.
Menu boards, wayfinding and exhibition displays that need a writeable black or coloured face.
