Four surfaces. One material discipline.
Two-coat system — primer plus top coat. The highest resistance to ghosting for high-traffic boards.
The classroom classic — low glare, chalk-friendly, and consistent in tone from batch to batch.
Deep black lacquer for studio boards, signage and menu displays where contrast is the point.
Galvanised substrate coated to your colour and gloss. Supplied by the coil or cut to sheet.
02 / Supply formats
By the coil — or cut to your size, palletised.
Take full coils for your own line, or let us shear panels to your board sizes and ship them pallet-ready for your framing line.
Kraft-paper wrapped, eye and edges protected, PET-strapped on wooden cradles — 2 t per coil.
Sheared to your board dimensions, paper-interleaved, stacked on export pallets with corner protection and strapping.
03 / Proof, not promises
Every coil ships with proof.
MTC with heat number for every coil — the zinc layer and mechanicals you pay for are the ones you get.
Dry film thickness recorded during running production; your approved colour held as the batch standard.
Pre-shipment photos and video with every order — and third-party inspection (SGS / BV / your QC) is welcome.
04 / How we work
From your spec to repeat order, in four steps.
Surface, thickness, width, colour, quantity. A photo of your current panel is enough.
Quotation within two working days; samples cut from current production, freight collect.
Sample approved → PI → production → coating and colour records ship with the goods.
Colour and gauge held on file — the second order matches the first, coil after coil.
